Police said alcohol may have played a role in an early morning crash in Green Bay.
It happened around 1 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Webster and Mason Streets.
The driver hit a power pole and power box causing traffic lights at the intersection to go out.
Officers directed traffic until WPS arrived to fix the outage.
No one was injured.
