Governor Walker stopped in Northeast Wisconsin on Sunday. He was in De Pere at New Horizon Dairy to celebrate Dairy Month.
Walker says his favorite part is seeing all the families on the farms.
He says dairy is a multi-billion dollar industry which employs thousands in Wisconsin.
"It's really important to see not only the economic impact but that dairy has on the state of Wisconsin, but ultimately to see that framing is a way of life for people to see how hard farm families work, it's really important,” said Walker.
