Governor Walk officially opens Hmong Wausau Festival, which will go from July 28th through the 29th.
The 2nd annual Hmong Wausau festival at the Eastbay Sports Complex in Wausau, is expected to boost visitor spending in the area by nearly $1 million, according to Walker.
