Gov. Scott Walker visited Grand Chute Thursday as a part of his "Reform Dividend" tour.

Walker says his reforms over the last five years have contributed to the economic success across Wisconsin.

In his budget address Wednesday, Walker revealed his plan to invest $135 million in the state's university system.

Chancellor Andrew Leavitt of UW-Oshkosh said, "I was very encouraged by the Governor's proposal to support higher education is a key driver prosperity in this state."

Walker's budget also calls for greater emphasis on job placement after graduation, introducing a performance-based grading system.
