Governor Scott Walker made several stops across Wisconsin to discuss more about his newly proposed child tax credit.
Thursday morning at the Jet Air Group building in Ashwaubenon, Walker addressed how the child tax credit would work.
Walker said the credit would give $100 per child to anyone with a child under 18-year-old living at home.
The Walker administration says they expect this credit to affect more than 1.2 million children, estimating that more than 671,000 families across the state would benefit.
