A Manitowoc police officer received serious injuries after a rollover crash.
Officer Katie Walters was off-duty when she lost control of her truck near Mishicot on Friday, July 15th.
After initially having limited use of her arms and legs, she is starting to regain use and feeling in some extremities.
Her family has started a GoFundMepage to help with medical expenses.
