Meanwhile, the Wausau area is still mourning the lives of four people killed during a shooting spree.
Nengmy Vang is a 45 year old from Weston, and is believed to be the only suspect police were looking for.
On Monday night, Vang continues his recovery from what investigators called non-fatal injuries inflicted during a shoot out with officers last Wednesday.
It's believed that Vang and his wife were in some sort of a domestic incident according to police before two bank employees that worked with Vang's wife were shot and killed.
Investigators also say an attorney who represented Vang's wife in a divorce at a local law office was also shot and killed.
When police attempted to apprehend their suspect at his apartment, a shootout ensued, and detective Jason Weiland also lost his life.
On Monday, memorials at all of the sights grow--the most apparent being blue ribbons for the police detective lining the road to the apartment complex to where he was killed.
The department of justice says Vang remains hospitalized tonight in the Wausau area, and that no initial court appearance has been finalized at this point.
