There's a state champion from the Fox Valley vying for a national title this weekend.
Cade Lambrecht is the state champion food bagger.
He's been working at Appleton-Darboy Festival Foods since 2014.
Last year, he was runner-up in the state, but this year he took the state title and a $500 cash prize.
He says there's more to it than just having fast hands.
"I'd say my strong suit is definitely building the bag,” said Cade Lambrecht. “A lot of people think that speed is all that matters, but really how well you build the bag is how you're going to get all your points, and how I made it this far."
Cade will be going for the gold and a cash prize of $10,000 Monday Night in Las Vegas.
