It's another sign of summer. Many locks on the Fox River are opening today.
Appleton's four locks, along with De Pere, "Little Kaukauna," and Cedar locks are open. It's giving boaters access to a 13 mile stretch of the Fox River for the first time in 30 years.
Other locks across the river are slated to open before Memorial Day.
