A retired Green Bay Priest is going to trial on charges that he exposed himself to a child. Richard Lee Thomas waives his right to a preliminary hearing today in a Brown County court. He will enter a plea on May 23rd. The criminal complaint accuses him of exposing himself to a 16 year old boy as he walked to school.
A retired Green Bay Priest will face a judge after being charged with four counts of indecent exposure.
