The Marquette County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration say that they have completed an investigation that resulted in the arrest of 56-year-old Timothy Endres of Madison.
Endres was a pharmacist in the City of Montello.
Police say he has been charged with seven counts of Delivery of a Scheduled II Narcotic-Oxycodone and one count of retail theft with a value between $5,000 and $10,000.
Endres appeared in Marquette County Court and was given a $5,000 cash bond with a future court date.
