A former Oshkosh soccer coach, 23-year-old Frederick Baier, is accused of sexually assaulting a student from Oshkosh West High School.

Monday in Winnebago County Court Baier appeared in person while the Oshkosh School liaison officer testified in court.

Officer David Maas was the only person to testify on Monday.  He repeated statements he says two teen girls made to him about being assaulted by Baier.

"She told me that she told him on multiple occasions that she did not want this to happen and when it started to happen she wanted it to stop," said officer Maas.

Baier is facing 3 charges in court.  Two charges are for allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl and one for allegedly sending sexually explicit pictures to a 14-year-old girl.

In the assault case the liaison officer testified, the 16-year-old told him, Baier assaulted her at a pool party at a home where he was staying.

"She became inconsolable, she broke down.  She was crying and was the most inconsolable person I've seen in my 8 years in law enforcement," explained officer Maas.

The girl told officer Maas that Baier would bring alcohol to parties for teens.

The alleged assaults happened while Baier worked as a soccer coach for the school district.  Leaders severed ties with him when these accusations came to light.

Baier's next court date is scheduled for January 23.
