A Green Bay High School band teacher is heading to trial as he's accused of sending inappropriate messages to a student.
David Viste faces stalking and child enticement charges for allegedly sending more than 1,000 social media messages to a student who was 17 at the time.
If convicted, Viste faces up to 25 years in prison.
