The Fond du Lac Police Department is investigating the death of a 3-month-old girl.
Around 3:20 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a report of a baby that was pulseless and not-breathing in a residence on the 100 block of E. 2nd Street.
Police and fire department paramedics responded and immediately started life-saving measures.
She was taken to St. Agnes Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The investigation is ongoing.
