Tuesday night, crews battled a fire at building belonging to Lawrence University. The fire broke out around 6:30 p.m. on the 200 block of North Union Street.
When firefighters arrived on scene, heavy smoke and fire was coming from the third story of a Victorian home.
The home was under remodel, so no one was there at the time of the fire. The cause is still under investigation.
