The Green Bay Metro Fire Department is investigating a fire that happened at Sullivan Elementary School on October 11.
GBMFD units were dispatched for the fire which took place in the first floor men's bathroom at 10:51 a.m.
Although firefighters arrived on the scene within 5 minutes, the fire had been mostly extinguished by a building maintenance worker when they got there.
All students and staff safely evacuated the building.
The GBMFD extinguished the remaining fire, ventilated the building, and monitored air quality.
Reports say that the fire damage was limited to one stall in the men's restroom and a garbage can.
School was back to normal after the incident, but the investigation is ongoing as a student is interviewed as a person of interest.
