At 5:24 p.m. Monday a cellular 911 call was received by the Sheboygan County Emergency Dispatch Center reporting a roll over crash on Highway SS at West Bates Road in the town of Sherman, according to the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department.
The caller informed dispatch that the vehicle was on its roof and that nobody was responding from inside the vehicle. The driver was pronounced dead on scene.
While the investigation is not complete, initial findings suggest that speed was a factor.
Deputies, along with Random Lake Ambulance, Random Lake Fire Department, Silver Creek Fire Department and Adell First Responders, responded to and investigated the crash.
