The Outagamie County Sheriffs department were called to State Highway 96 after a man was found dead in a ditch.
Deputies responded around 5 a.m. Sunday. When they arrived on scene they found the man dead with car parts in the area.
Officials believe alcohol is not a factor.
Deputies say the driver of the car connected to the car parts is cooperating.
