Police said the bomb squad is investigating an explosion in Menasha.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of Fifth Street.
Officers said they received reports of a loud explosion and found vehicle parts scattered in the roadway.
Police said a motorcycle appears to have been blown up by an explosive device.
No one was injured.
Officers don't believe this was a random act and they said the public is not believed to be in any danger.
The Brown-Outagamie County Bomb Squad is investigating.
