GREEN BAY - This Sunday, May 22nd is the 17th Annual Cellcom Green Bay Marathon.

There are still spots available to register for the full and half marathon, but if running isn't your thing, there are still opportunities to volunteer for the marathon. Duties include packet handout, greeters, start and finish line clean up, food tent staff, course security and t-shirt hand out. To sign up, click here.

The full marathon starts at 7 a.m. at Lambeau Field, while the half marathon starts at 8 a.m. Here is a schedule of the events to take place. The WPS Kids' Run is on Saturday May 21st.

Free alerts, sponsored by Cellcom, are available to keep you up to speed on your runner's pace and place in the run. The "Track Your Runner" alerts will keep you up to date on their progress and expected finish time.

Most of the Lambeau Field parking lots will be available on race day for participants, but due to the high volume of runners, parking will be limited, so you're advised to arrive early or car pool. Do not park on main roads or roads marked "no parking" since many are part of the course.

Some area hotels will be offering hotels shuttles. Hotel shuttles return from Lambeau at the top of each hour from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Most of downtown Green Bay and parts of Ashwaubenon and De Pere" will have re-routed traffic during the races. Areas around Lambeau Field" will see the most traffic.
Public safety will be at all major intersections. If there is a lull in runners they will allow cars through, but for the most part it will be blocked off.
