Governor-elect Tony Evers and Lieutenant- elect Mandela Barnes will make several stops across the state of Wisconsin to host listening sessions as part of their "Building the People's Budget Tour."
The first one launches in Green Bay. It will take place at the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay in the Phoenix Rooms. Participants must register to attend. There is a waitlist. The session is from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Each session is open and free to the public. It will give people the opportunity to voice their concerns and their budget priorities.
There are three other stops planned. Evers and Barnes will head to Wausau on Wednesday. The session taking place at the Wausau Labor Temple from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m and participants will need to register.
On Tuesday, December 18th, the duo will head to La Crosse. They will host a session at the American Legion Post 52 from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Participants will need to register for this one as well.
Then to wrap up the pair will head to Milwaukee for their final session. It will be at 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. at the United Way of Greater Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County Volunteer Center. Participants will need to register.
