A deputy with the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office encountered an “escaped cow” Tuesday morning.
According to a post on their Facebook page, it says the 'escapee' was inspecting the squad, while Deputy Geschrei was trying to help. Her squad partner, K9 Kai, was surprisingly silent.
You can hear the deputy giggling during the incident.
Eventually, the animal made it home safely.
