Employees injured in gas station armed robbery in Marquette County

Village of Endeavor, WI -- The owner and employee of a BP gas station convenience store was injured during an armed robbery in Marquette County. 

The gas station is located near the intersection of I39 and State Road 23 in the Village of Endeavor. 

Officers received a call around 1:20 p.m. Thursday. 

When Marquette County Sheriff's deputies arrived on scene, officers found the owner and an employee injured from an altercation with a criminal suspect. 

According to officers, a masked suspect entered the establishment and confronted the owner striking him. The suspect then took an undisclosed amount of money from the register and fled in a dark colored SUV. 

The owner and employee were transported to a local hospital and treated for their injuries. 

The investigation is ongoing.
