The second suspect charged in connection with stealing funds from the Brown County D.A.R.E. program pleaded no contest to a felony theft charge on Monday.

Prosecutors say Early Fuller was involved in former D.A.R.E. officer Kevin Vanden Heuvel's scheme of selling fake parking passes at Packers games in the D.A.R.E. lot near Lambeau Field. It's believed more than $100,000 was stolen.

Vanden Heuvel was sentenced to two years in prison and seven years of extended supervision on June 17th.
