The owner of Eagle Nation Cycle's filed a lawsuit seeking damages against the City of Neenah. The documents obtained by NB26 show Steve Erato seeking more than $32,000 from the city. The lawsuit stems from the December 5th, 2015 hostage situation and standoff. Brian Flatoff is accused of taking people hostage at the motorcycle shop and is facing charges. A hostage Michael Funk was killed exiting the building, He had a gun in his hand.
