EAA Airventure already has some interesting and exciting guests lined up for July's Airventure.
Astronaut Jim Lovell, a Milwaukee native, will appear to help commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo program.
Lovell was a member of the heroic Apollo 13 program, piloting the spacecraft back after a failed attempt to visit the Moon when an explosion rocked the lunar module, critically damaging the ship's oxygen supply.
