Drug task force breaks up Meth ring in Waushara County

Waushara County authorities report they've taken several people into custody in connection with a Methanphetamine manufacturing ring in the Town of Plainfield & Township of Plainfield.

The investigation spans several months with the first series of arrests taking place in August and the latest happening in October. A total of 7 people were taken into custody, 6 on drug charges and one on a probation hold.

The investigation began when several residents notified police of possible drug activity at a home in Plainfield. 

The Waushara County Sheriff’s Office appreciates the many concerned citizens in the Plainfield area that have come forward with information on these individuals.  Drug related tips can be given to Det.
