Officers spent Tuesday morning on the scene of a crash in Ashwaubenon.
Police said a female driver hit the AT&T sub-station on Packerland Drive around 3 a.m. The building had significant damage.
The driver was taken into custody on suspicion of operating while intoxicated. A passenger was not hurt and was released at the scene.
The driver was not injured in the crash.
AT&T is in charge of the investigation.
