Local driver pulls out their phone to film Wednesday's Tornado as it passed through Shawano County. The footage was filmed by Rhianne Blum, who was driving her car in Angelica - south of HWY 29 - when the Tornado touched down.
Two tornadoes were reported Wednesday afternoon in Shawano County, according to the National Weather Service.
