Oshkosh Police are investigating the theft of a donation jar from a restaurant earlier this month.
On February 2, a woman walked into Perkins, took the Hugs for Hope Kids donation jar and then left.
Hugs for Hope benefits the Give Kids the World Village, a non-profit resort in Kissimmee, Florida. It help provide week long, cost-free vacations to children with life-threatening diseases and their families.
