Homeless youth in Green Bay are getting are getting help thanks to a $5,000 donation.
"AT&T Donated the money Family Services in Brown County funding programs to help with rental assistance food aid and starter kits.
"We look at an abundance of individuals that had they gotten the help they needed when they were younger, they wouldn't be in the situations that they're in now," said Meika Burnikel.
Family Services estimates there are some 1,500 homeless youth across Wisconsin.
According to the "Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Green Bay ranks third in the state for the number of youth that are homeless in the city.
