President-Elect Donald Trump picked a fight against American aircraft maker Boeing Tuesday.
Trump took to Twitter to say he's against the company's proposal to build a $4 billion Air Force One to replace the current aging model.
He says the company is making too much money on the deal.
Trump defended his position at Trump Tower Tuesday, saying "(W)ell the plane is totally out of control. It's going to be over $4 billion for the Air Force One program. And I think it's ridiculous. I think Boeing is doing a little bit of a number. We want Boeing to make a lot of money, but not that much money. Okay, thank you."
Boeing has built the plane used by every president since Franklin Roosevelt. The company has not released a statement in response to Trump's comments.
