Harbor House hosted their Annual Domestic Violence Awareness Month Candlelight Vigil in Brillion tonight. The names of victims were read and a candle was lit for each to honor and remember them. The vigil is targeted at raising awareness of the problem in northeast Wisconsin.
Harbor House has been helping women and children in Outagamie and Calumet county since 1984.
