Dollar General bomb threats investigated in Waupaca, other stores

Waupaca Police responded to the Dollar General Store on West Fulton Street for a bomb threat at 11:29 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers evacuated the building and then searched the store, but found nothing suspicious inside.

West Bend and Campbellsport police departments as well as the Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Department are investigating similar bomb threats made at their Dollar General stores, and the Waupaca Police will share information with the other departments to determine the source of the threat.

No one is in custody related to the investigation, according to police.
