Outagamie County deputies have released a photo of a person they believe is responsible for the theft of a dog at the Fox Valley Humane Association in Greenville.
The photo shows a light skinned female who is middle aged with a medium build long black hair. They believe the suspect was driving a dark colored older car.
A Shar Pei Schnauzer was taken from the facility.
