The City of Menasha Police Department isn't expecting to press charges against a man who dragged his dog behind his car. They say he let the dog out and put the leash on the hitch of his vehicle. When he came back out to take his child to school, he forgot the dog was still attached. He drove for about 3/4 of a mile before people were able to get his attention to stop. Because of the snow, he drove slowly and the dog wasn't badly injured. The dog was treated and is expected to make a full recovery.
