Convicted felon Jared McGovern has escaped from the Kenosha Correctional Center, according to a news release.
McGovern, a minimum-security inmate, has several armed robbery convictions, according to online records.
McGovern, 33, is 5-foot-10, 160 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair, according to the news release.
Anyone with information about McGovern's location is asked to immediately call police.
