Norbert Fonferek never thought the park named after his family would make headlines as a trouble spot, but as of late it has. Park leaders and deputies receiving several complaints after teens are spotted drinking and doing drugs after hours at the park.
"If we knew this we probably would've never sold it to them," said Fonferek.
The park sits in Fonferek's backyard, but it's maintained by the Brown County Park's Department.
"They make a lot of noise and beer cans all over and they go down and throw their garbage all over and it's just disgusting," explained Fonferek.
With the drinking, also comes vandalism.
"We had people go down and cover up the graffiti once already, but in less than a week they got it painted right over where we had already covered it up," said Fonferek.
Now the park's department is looking to ban alcohol all together from Fonferek's Glen Park.
"We understand that what mother nature has created out there with the escarpment and the glen feature and the 35 foot waterfall alcohol just might not be suitable for that park location," said Brown County assistant park director, Matt Kriese.
The alcohol ban is a potential result after the actions of a few could cause park leaders to make changes for the masses.
