A Waupaca County Deputy suffered non-life threatening injuries after being shot while executing a search and arrest warrant on Manske Road in the Township of Mukwa near New London.
Investigators say the 62-year-old man intentionally shot at deputies. During an exchange of gunfire, a deputy was struck by a bullet. The suspect wanted for Domestic Abuse Aggravated Battery.
Outagamie, Waupaca, and Wood Counties swat teams responded.
The suspect is being held in the Waupaca County Jail on multiple counts of attempted homicide for shooting at officers.
