Crews airlifted a 33-year-old woman after a head-on crash involving a semi-truck, according to the Outagamie County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities got the call just after 1 p.m. Thursday.
A 16-year-old male driver in a Honda Accord was stopped at Manley Road and State Highway 15, but failed to yield the right-of-way and hit a Volkswagen SUV, deputies said.
The SUV's driver lost control, and crashed head-on into a semi-truck, deputies said.
The SUV driver suffered life-threatening injuries, the semi driver suffered minor injures, while the teen and his passenger were not hurt.
The crash remained under investigation Thursday night.
