UPDATE: Sheriff's deputies have identified the driver killed in a fatal car crash in Waushara County.
The driver is 83-year-old Leonard Lee Dye Sr, of Adams, Wisconsin.
The crash is still under investigation.
The Waushara County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal crash that happened on Saturday afternoon.
The county’s 911 Center received a call of a two vehicle crash just after 2:00 PM.
They say a pick up pulling a camping trailer and another pickup struck almost head on, on State Road 73, east of County Road KK in the Town of Plainfield.
One of the drivers died at the scene. There were two occupants in the other vehicle that were transported to Saint Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point.
