The Kaukauna Police are confirming tonight that a one-car rollover on I-41 Saturday afternoon was fatal.
The State Patrol says four people were inside the black 2003 Saturn when the driver, 21-year-old Travis Berndt lost control, skidded into the ditch, and flipped several times.
Berndt was the only person wearing a seat belt.
27-year-old Jamie Jackson of Appleton died at the scene. Two other women, 21-year-old Jazzmine Terry of Kaukauna and 25-year-old Whitney Nelson were also injured in that crash.
The accident remains under investigation. No word yet on whether drugs or alcohol were factors.
