58 year old Miguel Cruz of Oshkosh was sentenced today to three years in prison, and six years of extended probation for a deadly crash in 2013. Prosecutors alleged Cruz was under the influence of cocaine when his car hit an SUV. The driver, 28 year old Sarah Dulmes of West Bend, was killed.
