32-year-old Jonathon Harper was in Outagamie County court for his initial appearance. According to court documents, Harper damaged several properties and stole a vehicle with a child inside.
It happened last Thursday, November 22nd in the Town of Greenville. Court records show Harper is charged with false imprisonment, reckless endangerment, multiple counts of vehicle theft, multiple counts of damage to property, hit and run causing injury, and burglary.
Harper is due back in court on December 6th for a preliminary hearing.
