KAUKAUNA, Wis-- Two people were treated for smoke inhalation after a house fire.
It happened around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of 4th Street.
When crews arrived, they found fire showing through a window on the side of the home. Most of the fire was contained in a bedroom, but the outside of the home by the window was also slightly damaged.
Damage to the home is estimated around $40,000, about $10,000 in contents was also lost.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
