Firefighters braved bitter cold weather to bring a fire at Windows of Wisconsin under control. The call came in around 9:30 last night. Nine departments responded and took shifts in fighting the blaze as temperatures dipped well below zero.

A portion of  Velp Ave. near the business was closed last night and into the morning due to the amount of firefighters on the scene and the ice that formed from water used on the fire.

By Monday afternoon, part of the building's roof had collapsed and investigators were able to say $300,000 in damage was caused.

The state fire marshall has been called in to help determine what caused the fire to start.
