A multi-vehicle crash closed the on-ramp at I-41 northbound, and US 441 eastbound in Winnebago County early Friday morning.
Deputies said the on-ramp was ice-covered when a driver hit the median filled with snow.
A driver behind attempted an evasive maneuver when they rolled their vehicle. They suffered minor injuries from shattered glass and were transported to a hospital.
The ramp was reopened around 7 a.m. Friday morning.
