The gate opening time for Country USA has been delayed due to ground conditions, according to the event's Facebook page.
Gates will open at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. All performances will still begin at 3:30 p.m. The grounds crew is working to prep the grounds for fans, the Facebook post said.
