The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported 307 tests came back positive for COVID-19 Monday afternoon, bringing the state total to 15,584.
Health officials say this means out of 7,480 tests only 4.1% were confirmed positive. This is the fifth time in the last two months positive test cases were reported under 5%, with last Monday coming in at just under 3%.
The DHS says 514 deaths have been linked to the virus, which is four more people since Sunday.
