MADISON (NBC 26) -- Wisconsin reported lower coronavirus numbers Monday, after a record-high weekend.
New data from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services show 1,271 new cases of coronavirus Monday.
The percent positive rate was also slightly lower on Monday, at 18.7%. It had previously reached 20% over the weekend.
Two deaths were reported Monday, bringing the coronavirus death toll in Wisconsin to 1,244.
